Terms of Service
Last updated October 28, 2026
ReservedBottle (reservedbottle.com) is operated by Grey Fox Digital LLC ("we", "us"). These terms cover your use of the site and app as a collector or as a shop. By creating an account or using ReservedBottle, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
1. What ReservedBottle is, and isn't
ReservedBottle lets licensed retailers ("shops") post bottles they have in stock, and lets collectors ask a shop to hold one for pickup.
- We don't sell, ship, store or handle alcohol. Every sale happens in person, at the shop, between you and the shop. The shop sets the price, takes payment and checks ID.
- A hold is a request, not a purchase. The shop may approve or decline it. An approved hold is kept for the shop's stated pickup window and then released.
- Shops are responsible for their listings, prices, stock and compliance with alcohol laws. We don't guarantee that any bottle is available, authentic, or sold at the listed price.
2. Who can use it
You must be 21 or older and able to enter a binding contract. Keep your account details accurate, keep your password private, and don't share your account. You're responsible for what happens under it.
3. Collector accounts and membership
- A free account lets you browse bottles and prices. Shop names, locations, favorites, alerts and reserving are part of a paid membership.
- Membership is $6.99 per month or $59 per year, billed in advance, and renews automatically until you cancel.
- Cancel any time from Membership → Manage billing or cancel. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. We don't give partial or prorated refunds.
- If we change membership prices, we'll tell you before the change applies to your next renewal.
4. Reserving bottles
- Pick up within the window the shop gives you. Missed pickups are released back to the shelf.
- You collect the bottle yourself. Bring valid ID showing you're 21 or older, and meet the shop's own requirements. Shops may refuse a sale for any lawful reason.
- Repeated no-shows, holding bottles you don't intend to buy, or reserving for resale can lead to your account being limited or closed.
5. Shop accounts
- You confirm you hold every license and permit needed to sell the bottles you list, and that your listings, photos, prices and counts are accurate and lawful, including advertising rules that apply to alcohol.
- Honor the listed price for holds you approve, and keep your counts current.
- New shops get 3 listings free. After that each listing is $4.99 and stays live for 30 days, or Shop Pro ($49 per month, renewing automatically until cancelled) covers unlimited listings. A special is an optional $2.99 add-on for a live listing.
- Automatic listing renewal. When you pay to post a listing, you can have it renew automatically. The option is on by default and is shown before you pay. A renewing listing is charged $4.99 to the card you paid with every 30 days and keeps renewing until it stops. We email you 3 days before each renewal. Renewal stops, with no charge, when the listing is sold out at renewal time, when no one has opened the listing for 60 days, when you take the listing down, or when you stop it from the listing page. If a renewal charge fails, the listing comes off the feed until you put it back up. While Shop Pro is active, renewals are included at no charge.
- Listing fees, renewals and specials are non-refundable once charged. Shop Pro can be cancelled any time from Billing and runs to the end of the paid period, with no partial refunds.
- "Fill in details" uses an AI service to suggest bottle details from a label photo or name. Suggestions can be wrong. You're responsible for checking every field before you publish.
- You let us display your shop details, listings and photos on ReservedBottle and in alerts to collectors. You keep ownership of your content.
6. Payments
Memberships, listing fees, specials and Shop Pro are paid through Stripe. We don't see or store your full card number. Payment for bottles is never taken on ReservedBottle; it happens at the shop.
7. Fair use
Don't:
- use bots, scrapers or automated tools to reserve, monitor or copy listings;
- post false, misleading or unlawful listings, or impersonate a shop or person;
- try to get around membership limits, security, or another user's account;
- use the service to arrange sales to anyone under 21, or resale where it isn't allowed.
We may remove listings or suspend accounts that break these terms or the law.
8. Alerts
We send account emails and, if you turn them on, browser or app alerts about holds, pickups and your favorite shops. You can turn alerts off in your browser or device settings.
9. Disclaimers
ReservedBottle is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose and that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Bottles, prices and pickups are the shop's responsibility.
10. Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost bottles, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim about the service is limited to the greater of the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $100.
11. Your responsibility to us
If you're a shop, you'll cover our reasonable costs and losses from claims caused by your listings, your sales, or your breach of these terms or the law.
12. Ending your account
You can stop using ReservedBottle at any time and ask us to close your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (payments owed, disclaimers, limits on liability) continue after an account closes.
13. Disputes and governing law
Texas law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If something goes wrong, email us first and we'll try to sort it out informally. Any dispute that can't be resolved that way will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.
14. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we'll let you know by email or on the site before it takes effect. Continuing to use ReservedBottle after that means you accept the updated terms.
